Looking at this guide, it seems that it is possible to create or assign a dedicated channel for a jira ticket. However, this guide is for jira server for slack.
Is the same possible for jira cloud for slack?
What I mean is that if a ticket is created in a specific project, a dedicated slack channel will be created for this ticket and automatically assigned to it.

That does not appear to be possible yet for Cloud. There are a couple of open suggestions for this, including one to do this via automation rules.
However, I wonder if this would be possible to do by calling the Slack REST API from an automation for Jira rule using a web request.
