Hello @Ruben Amnirati

Be advised that when you add a user to the built in site-admin group in JIRA managing users is not the only thing those users have access to manage.

As per https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/manage-groups-744721627.html

Site-admins are the users who manage a site. The following permissions are currently available to site-admins:

  • All permissions assigned to the 'administrators' group for the product(s) you have
  • Access to user management (ability to create new users, assign users to groups, grant product access, etc.)
  • Access to billing information.

Hi Ruben,

Yes, just give them site-admin permissions.
