I am unable to open/edit a specific issue in JIRA Cloud. I never had a problem opening it before, and I am able to open and edit other issues. When I try to open it, it just "Hangs".... and eventually error message.
The error is " SO-154 cannot be opened. The issue may have been deleted, or you may not have permission to see the issue."
It hasn't been deleted because many others can open the issue. I did not think permissions could be set all the way down to a specific/unique. I'm a Site Admin.
? thoughts? Where could I look to see if this is a possible permisison problem? Doesn't seem to make sense.
@Amy.Harvey Can you check if that project is using an Issue Security Scheme, and if any Security Level has been applied to that specific issue that is possibly not allowing you to open/view the issue?
@Amy.Harvey Did my suggestion help resolving your issue? Please let us know if you need any further help on this.

No security schemes applied. Still not working. :-( It is only this one issue, and I have no idea what is going on!

@Amy.Harvey In order to further assist you, can you please get the screenshot of that issue's view screen from one of your colleagues who is able to view that issue? Also, send me the screenshots of Issue Security schemes (from JIRA Admin Console) and permission scheme for SO project from your JIRA instance?

Interestingly enough, this issue has self-resolved. Not sure how, but someone else edited the issue, and suddenly I can now access.
