×When we want (my team and me) access to the backlog or the board in our project, we have an error :
It's been 1 week and this is still not working. It's not because of our navigator version because we tried on different desktops and it's not working for everybody.

I'm not too confident on the cloud version but is it possible that the board have a scope (as dashboard or board on server version) and it is currently private?
In server (again sorry if it don't fit the need) there is a special permission to view board, is the a chance you share with us the permission configuration of this project?

Does it work for other boards/projects in your environment?
I would try creating a new project with the correct permissions and see if you get the same error. Just to determine whether it's a project issue or environment issue.
If problems persists, I would recommend you open a ticket with atlassian support.
