Is it possible to change our domain from "team-1611676117323.atlassian.net" to "company_name.atlassian.net" Thanks, -Eric

You will need to raise that as a request for Atlassian support, they will change it for you (once a year  at most if memory serves).

Or, you can subscribe to company_name.atlassian.net as a new service, take a backup of the team one, and restore it into the new one (then dump the old one)

but as you are on Free plan you don't have access to Atlassian support except the 'billing' channel. so i fear only the later option Nic mentions is available to you.
