Change project key pattern

Hi

We are migrating from the jira software server to the jira software cloud.

In the server version is an option to define the jira project key pattern (Advanced Settings -> jira.projectkey.pattern)

The defined Regex is still working in the cloud. Now we would like to change the project key pattern in the cloud, but I can't find this option...

Where is this option in the cloud?

It's not there, you can't change it on Cloud.

OK, but the settings from the server was migrated in to the cloud.

So we have to change the pattern in the server and then do the migrate? LOL

Perhaps Atlassian Support will make such a change for you?

Not necessary, for effective migration we switch it to a generic pattern on the server.
