Can you please eloborate your question, where exactly you are getting this error, is it for any particular file type and in which screen etc..

@vikram The users are trying to attach a file to issues in the project, and then it shows like above..!! Attaching a screenshot of where the files are trying to be uploaded..

Please check the file size, is the file size not exceeding the file size limit configured.

you can check file size limit from setting icon > system > Advanced --- Attachments.

If that is not the case, please check if it is happening only for this file or other file types. 

check if other users are able to upload the same file or facing the same issue.
