Colour issues in rich text field

Hi!
I'm having a problem with working with colours in rich text editor fields, according to this description https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=all : Changes the color of a block of text.
I tried using this formatting to get a red text  :  {color:red}red text{color} but the text does not turn red, instead the text looks like this :

What may be the issue here?

Hi @Linda Granqvist,

That is because of the new view/text editor. You can switch back to the old view by adding 

?oldIssueView=true  to the URL.

OK, so it seems we're stuck with an editor that was not properly tested before it hit the market. And then it's left unloved and bugs like this are swept under the rug. That keeps happening more and more it seems. :-( 
 

Of course. I can revert to the old editor, but it's of a little help as I can't make all the other users to do the same.
