Hello @Absa Thiam
Please confirm if you need all the details, like the number of bugs for a project along with the count of bugs assigned to a person, in a single report.
If yes, then you will need additional plugins like eazyBI.

Bonjour @Absa Thiam

Hi @Absa Thiam
For the particular eazyBI report on bugs by project and assignees, use dimensions "Project", "Issue Type", and "Assignee". On the columns, select measures "Issue created" to see each assignee's total amount of issues. You can also select measures "Issues resolve" and "Open issues" to see the progress. For example, the report might look like in the picture below:
Sometimes it is easier to start with examples. Please check out Demo account with several ready-to-use repro examples: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/51711-start-simple.
I would recommend watching a training video (12 min) on how to build reports to cover the main concepts and possibilities: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/learn-more/training-videos#Trainingvideos-Episode3:Startbuildingreport.
Best,

Hello @Zane eazyBI support member @Gaurav
Now can you help me to create a metric that can calculate the tickets that are in progress?
The idea is that I have to calculate the time realized on each ticket ( Realized time = in progress - realized )
Then make an estimation in time of each ticket late or early ( Estimation - Realized time = late or early time )
Thanks

@Absa Thiam, thank you for your interest in the eazyBI app! There are many possibilities for what report you can build.
eazyBI offers two dimensions, "Status" and "Transition Status", to analyze issues by their statuses. Each dimension is designed for a different purpose. For example, use the dimension "Status" to group and filter issues by their latest status, but the dimension "Transition Status" to analyze status change history and time spent in each workflow status.
If you woudl like to see the issue count grouped by their current status, then add the dimension "Status" and measure "Issues created" on report columns (here is documentation on mentioned measure and dimension: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira/jira-core-measures-and-dimensions).
More report examples of similar use cases with the dimension "Status":
If you would like to see how much time each ticket spent on each status, then you might want to use the dimension "Transition Status" and measure "Days in transition status" (here is documentation on mentioned measures and dimension: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira/import-issue-change-history).

Hi @Absa Thiam
I believe you found the solution in the eazyBI Community (https://community.eazybi.com/t/afficher-la-date-de-creation-des-problemes/10087/2). In case someone else has a similar use case, I posted the solution also here.
“Issue created date” is an issue property showing the exact value when individual issues are on report rows. For example, if issue AAA-1234 has a creation date “14 Jul 2022”, the date could be shown only when the issue AAA-1234 is also visible on report rows.
If you would like to filter data by issue creation date, then add the “Time” dimension on report pages and select the period of interest.
If you would like to see the creation dates of individual issues, then add the “Issue” dimension on report rows and select to show individual issues on report rows.
Please see this example report “Project issues with details” with a detailed explanation of properties and numerical measures and when to use each of them: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/learn-more/learn-eazybi-through-examples/project-issues-with-details.
