Requiero mediante un filtro poder identificar los casos que hayan sido actualizados, comentados o cerrados en un espacio de tiempo de un usuario en concreto.
Alguno me podría ayudar con una pauta de la consulta básica o JQL

In the app where my team works, JQL Search Extensions for Jira, you can use this query to find all your issues whose Fredy has updated between 01 March and 21 March
updatedBy = Fredy and updatedOnDates>="2023/03/01" AND updatedOnDates<"2023/03/21"

Estoy probando esta consulta:
updatedBy = 62041b5b1fec260068c22fb6 AND updatedDate >= 2023-03-18 ORDER BY updated DESC
Donde 62041b5b1fec260068c22fb6 es la cuenta Servicedesk, pero encuento que el filtro trae información de casos donde la cuenta no tiene ninguna intermediación.
No se si estoy aplicando la consulta de manera Efectiva.

I have checked in your first attachment that in the history, Service Desk has change the assignee. This is considered an updated, that's why this ticket is returning.
