Component creation under a project for free JIRA subscription

Hi,

I am working as a system integrator in one of software implementation project. I have to collaborate with external vendors for integrating their product under my project. I am evaluating the free JIRA subscription for the following use cases:

1. Creating COMPONENT under my PROJECT for each of the external vendor

2. Assigning a COMPONENT OWNER to the above component

3. Creating issues/bugs under the defined component and thus automatically assigning the ticket to respective component owner

4. component owner responsible for managing the complete life cycle of the assigned ticket

5. attaching or assigning watcher any ticket

Please guide if the above requirements are available under the JIRA free subscription.

Are you an admin in the project or a jira admin?

If so go to Project Settings --> Components
