Create an individual Edit Issue Screen for a specific Board

I have some fields for issues that I only want to access on a specific board. For this, I first created a new "Edit Issue Screen". I now wanted to attach this screen to a specific board. Can this be achieved? 

For a given issue type Task can I have only one Edit screen within one project?

Specific board not possible but you can have different edit screens for different Issue types.

Yes, for this you need to create an Edit screen and then create/copy screen scheme and then add edit screen to Edit issue operation of screen scheme and then associate this screen scheme to Issue type screen scheme then apply it respective project.
