Custom Field / Custom Filter

Hi, I have a customer about custom fields and custom filters.

 

I am trying to create a custom field, and then create a custom filter based on that custom field, but I am getting an error that says the "Field 'EmailSubject' does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it."

 

Here's proof that I created a custom field. Why do I still get the error? And I tried writing "EmailSubject" and "Email Subject" into the custom filters field, and it still didn't work. Please help.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

From the first image I see that your field name actually has a space in it between Email and Subject. You need to include that when adding the field to your filter. You will probably need to surround the field name with single or double quotes also, in the filter.
