Default sender 'NAME' for customer notifications

Hi there,

We have multiple projects in our organisation and we use one email address to send notifications.

Currently, Jira uses the default project 'NAME' as a sender name. We would like this to be Organisation name or at least default 'NAME' regardless of the project.

Can someone please assist?
