Hello Team,
I am trying to create a Dashboard with the ticket status displayed like To do, Closed or in progress. I wanted to see the corresponding ticket details also in the dashboard maybe with a dropdown, Like on clicking the drop down of closed/in progress/to do i get the ticket details in the dashboard itself without redirecting to the next page.
Is it possible with Dashboard or EazyBi ?
Please support!!
Hello @alokh ram
Add the "Status" dimension as a common Page filter and filter all reports by status (check that also individually saved reports have in Pages the "Status" dimension): https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/publish-reports/create-dashboards#Createdashboards-Pagefiltersfordashboard

can it be done in Dashboard and not in easyBi ?
In easyBi even if we add status as common page filter, it doesn't give the complete details in the same page, we need to select option "Drill through the issue" to see the ticket details. Right ?

What do you mean by 'in Dashboard and not in eazyBI'?
I understood that you are asking about eazyBI Dashboards :)
In eazyBI you can use the option to "Drill through issue" to see issues behind the numbers or you can create a report that shows an issues list, see an example report here: 281703-list-of-issues-in-progress
It all depends on what would be the end result that you would like to see, can you share a mockup to better illustrate your idea?
best,
Gerda

Got it from EasyBi point of view.
We do have normal Dashboard option also present in Jira right other than the easyBi dashboard? I was asking about it only. Can we do something similar to this on normal dashboard ?
Hope my query is clear now..
