Disable comment auto collapse in JIRA not working?

jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden

"The minimum number of comments needing to be hidden for comment collapsing to occur. 0 means there will be no comment collapsing."

I set it to 0 and comments are still collapsing.

Hi @ian.johnsen 

This setting only works on the classic issue view currently - I assume you are using the new issue view?

You can check this in the classic view:

1. Go to your profile icon in the top-right corner
2. From the drop-down, select "Personal Settings"
3. Scroll down to "Jira Labs" and toggle the new Jira issue view to OFF
4. Ensure jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden is set to 0
5. View an issue with a list of comments

There is a suggested enhancement for this - I would suggest voting for/following JRACLOUD-74680
