JIRA add-on 'Qmetry' is using for test case management and we imported cases without assigning the priority and all of them imported as 'Normal' priority.

So we need to change the Priority & Estimate fields from excel import, do we have option to change the specific field from file?.

Note:

Tried bulk options and its updating all the cases to same priority.

Also we don't have option to change specific field value from Qmetry  ImportExport tool.

Please let me know if do we have option.

Hello @Anandhan Kuppusamy

As a Jira administrator, you can update existing issues via CSV import. Please refer to Importing data from CVS > Updating existing issues.

Hope it helps :-)

Hi Nadine,

The link is taking us to the Server side installer (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/32645/jira-importers-plugin-jim/version-history). We are using the cloud version of JIRA software.

"This app provides core functionality to one or more Atlassian products. You can download any version of the app from this page and manually install it in your server instance."

Hello @Karthik Rajasekaran

I am not that familiar with Cloud installations so I cannot provide any advice on that.

However, if you go back to my initial link for the instructions, you should see a switch button in the top right corner to look at the cloud instructions for the same feature. Did you check that already?
