Does anyone know how to solve for an import file error message of email not found?

Users are existing project team members but during my import task of migrating tasks from yodiz to jira, it gave me an error message below. Please advise. 

  • Watcher doesn't have an account in JIRA

Are you using the CSV import process for Jira?

How are you specifying the user in your import file? Are you using a name or ID or ?

I am using CSV and the email address.  Should I be using just the name only?
