Hi Community,
depending on the screen resolution and zoom settings of Windows, some dropdown values can't be selected, because they are outside of the reachable area of the screen.
I tried this with different browsers, but it seems, that the dialog for creating a new ticket is not that responsive enough to handle this issue.
Does anyone have the same issue or a solution for this?
We use Jira Software Cloud.

I suspect, but needs validation, that the root cause is “zoom”. For sure you will get undesirable results with zoom especially if >0. Regarding resolution you may see undesirable GUI results but that is generally a safer screen modification where GUI behavior exists.
