While updating 'comment' during bulk edit option, I want to use @ tag for current assignee of each issue updated during bulk edit. Any tips or steps for achieving this, highly appreciated.
Hello @ananrade98Myjira
Welcome to the community.
The response on this posts describes a way to do this if you add the comment through an Automation rule.
Instead of using the Bulk Edit to add the comment, you could use an automation rule to add a comment to a set of issues and use the above suggestion to mention the assignee in the comment.
Hi for Jira automation, one needs admin access. How to bulk update by tagging individual assignee when you dont have jira automation option?
