Hi,
I've noticed that the format of Jira alert email messages has been updated. Formerly the label field was included in the email alerts but that seems to have been removed.
Is there any way to change what content is included in the email alert? Epic Label, Epic Name, or the Label field for example? I see that there are similar questions but the are from some time ago and I am hoping a fix has been put in place.
This is very useful to my teams who rely on the email to determine what Epic the email relates to.
Thanks,
Dennis
Hello,
You can go through this problem by using Automation and by implementing an automation rule which sends e-mail notifications.
Using automation allows you be more specific in the e-mail customization thanks to the Smart Values. You can use the smart value {{issue.labels}} in order to display the labels attached to the current issue.
You can find more information about smart values using the following link :

Let me know if it helped or not,
Guilhem
Thank you! One concern. Would this then duplicate the default transaction emails? I know users can disable them but I'd rather not have to go that route.
Thanks again!
