Hello all, I have a board that when you click on it shows 19 issues (when I view it in IOS version of Jira) but when you open it on the computer, it shows 0 issues. Is there a setting somewhere that has a filter applied or something on the computer version? Wouldn't the IOS entries and the computer entries be identical? I don't understand how they could be different.
Hello @Gregory James
Are you completely sure you are viewing the same board in both places?
When you view the board on the computer, are there any Quick Filters that have been activated?
Is it a Kanban board or a Scrum board?
Is it for a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?
Are the issues in various columns across the board or all in one column? If all in one column, which column is that?
Can you provide a screen image for what you see on the computer vs. what you see in the mobile app?
Sure Trudy, yes I'm sure I'm viewing same board...heres the screen shots you've requested, it's a company managed project, issues in the 1st column
As you can see there is 18 issues (showing on the app) - but 0 showing on the computer. Same project, no filters applied.

Interesting.
On the computer if you go to the Issues screen or the List screen for the project do you see any of the issues listed in the mobile app?

Yes they are there if I goto List or to Issues they come up, but the tiles don't appear

Do you have more than one workflow for your project?
If you click on More > Workflow...
...do you see more than one option? If so, try selecting one of the other options.
A JWM project board can display the issues associated with only one of the project workflows at a time, even if the workflows use the same status values. There is no indication on the board for which workflow is currently being shown. You have to drill into this option to find it.

I'm so glad!
I was about to say I was stumped when that Workflow selection resurfaced in my brain.
