I am having a bit of struggle organizing comments and feedback on a specific issue in JIRA.
For example, we need to implement some changes on a particular page (frontend), and the task is clearly detailed in one issue. However, when the task is delivered, a lot of feedback can come in, and sometimes it becomes chaotic to consolidate it all into one comment.
Is there a way to create a list or something similar to provide better organization for the feedback (trello like)?
Thanks!

Hey, @Ignacio Bermúdez
You can use an app like Smart Checklist to add more structure and clarity to your Jira issues. This way you will have a checklist like you would in Trello but with a bit more functionality.
Hope this was helpful,
Oleksandr

Yes, I found some similar apps like that the other day and mention it to Ismael. Thanks.

Hi @Ignacio Bermúdez ,
I've recently explored feedback management in Jira and collected tools and approaches for gathering and storing it in Jira. Maybe you will find an appropriate tool. However, it's interesting what solution, ideally, you imagine can work for you? I've mentioned Trello. Why not use it then?

Looking at your requirement, I believe you could create an issue type feedback and have this created and linked with the Task once it is completed. (You can use the automation feature provided by Jira for this).
You will need to train people to then provide their feedback via comments in the feedback issue type rather than the main issue.
This way, things will be easier to track.
If anyone has a better suggestion here, feel free to add it.

Mmm, I Think comments are not the best way to provide feedback. It's difficult to track and add new ones...
Thanks!

If you would like to track feedback individually, then similar to what I had earlier suggested, create an issue type feedback.

This way, you can track the feedback tickets and see which issue they are related to.

Is like the same thing you just said, but still not useful.
Imagine my developer finishes an issue. And I have 3 bugs reported. Hoy can he/she show me what he completed and what not. How they can give me feedback about a the issues reported...
In my mind, it should be a checklist in the issue or something simpler to complete and move on.
Thanks for your help!

It looks like this is the best solution so far:
