Get member user id

Hi There,

I have added vendors employee in project. Now vendor's employee left organisation and new employee would like to get previous vendor's jira id so he can continue his work.

Please help me how can I get member jira id so I can share with new employee.

Hi Rahul - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can't trade userid's for users. You can deactivate the one that left and then add the new user so it doesn't take up an extra license. 

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Thanks for your swift response.Tasks ,subtasks and issues assigned to vendor employee. Now that employee left organisation and new employee has joined it. New employee asking for jira ID so he can take it forward.

How new vendor employee get transfer all tasks ,subtasks and issues which assigned to old vendor employee

You need to add the new employee with a new userid like normal. Then you can use the bulk change function to reassign all of the issues from the employee who left to the new employee.
