How can admin change URL address of JIRA Cloud \ Confluence

I would like to change part of the URL (or domain, I suppose), but don't have enough information, how to do it. 

I found this page - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-the-base-url-938847830.html , but don't have it in the settings.

That page is for Server. You are unable to change this on your own. You can contact Atlassian Support for this request.
