How do I create a team?

Hello,

I have just setup a project with a scrum board. 

However, I cannot find how to setup a team. Of course I have searched but all articles I could find seem to picture an older version of Jira and point to a "plan". I cannot find any plan.

Where can I create a team?

Also, should I create it on project level or system level?

Hi Tim, 

Jira agile do not implement this feature. You will need to deal with groups that you add to your project.

One more related question: How do I set the available time per team/group member?

When I look for this in the helpdesk, I get pointed out to the team-setup instead of the group setup.

To summarize: I would like to set the available wokring time per user. I hope that I can see this somewhere in the sprint, so people don't get too much or too little work on their behalf.
