Hi @Neil Wills to multi-select and move epics or stories in advanced roadmaps, you can: 

* Select multiple issues
* Navigate to Bulk actions and perform your actions

It works, but not Drag & Drop that I was hoping for.

For the persona of users that we have where they are not using jira as their primary tool teaching them bulk actions for moving a set of epics to a new initiative in the product team is not worth it so I just did it.
