How do I set condition to multiple fields that it can't transition if it has a specific value?

I have about 20 fields that I want to have set that for a specific transition, those 20 fields are not set to "rework". In other words, don't allow transition if even one of those fields has the value "rework".

Anything out-of-the-box?

Thanks

Hi @Lillian Shibata-Salley -

You could go a number of routes here with transition logic:

  1. Condition - This will only show workflow statuses when logic is met
  2. Validator - This will block transition to another status if validation fails

Here's a link to advanced workflows:

Hi Mark!

Thanks for your quick response - Yes I am trying to use either but I didn't want to set the validation one-at-a-time.

I checked my options for condition and validator but I can't seem to find one that I can pick all the fields and use the same condition "if any of these fields have the value of "rework", don't transition...

Or do I have to do it for each field separately?

Thanks again
