How many issues I can import at once?

As a user I would like to 6000 issues or even more as we have more requirements.

Let me know if JIRA provides such kind of flexibility to import more issues? either Cloud or Server.

Hi @Meghana_H ,

A normal Jira user can import a CSV file containing 250 or less issues.

However, if you have to import more issues, you can use the External System Import CSV (from System > External System Import).

You can easily import 6000 issues using the External System Import CSV.

Please note that you must have admin access to Jira in order to use External System Import

Note: There is a known issue which means that sometimes if you import more than 1,500 at a time the thread can crash, restart itself and result in duplicated tickets being produced
