Hi @Alexander Bondarev ,

Thank you! Now I can check for the Jira-Data Center.

However, I can't find Current user sessions in Jira -Cloud.

Could you help me?

Hi @Anita Chen

It's still a feature request for internal user management

Thanks

Hi @Pramodh M

Noted that it is still a feature request, so there is no page can search on the Jira-Cloud. Is that correct?

(Jira- Data center has page that administrator can check immediately on the website.)

Hello,

In Cloud, in the site's User Management there is a feature to export users to CSV. In the file there are "Last seen" date columns for each product in your site. With simple Excel formula you can get what you are after.

If you are feeling adventurous I can also give you a very early build of UserManagement for Jira  Data Center, that now has ability to connect to Atlassian Access, and display users from a Cloud organisation, including last logged in timestamps in the Bulk User Actions screen. At the moment it can only filter by has logged in/never logged in (and some other fields), can can't filter by specific date, but this is coming in the very next build. There is already an ability to deactivate users in bulk (e.g. those that never logged in into Cloud).

Needless to say it will give you full information about your local Jira users, including "User Insights" chart

Please reach out to our 24x7 support if you are interested.
