How to amend view of the backlog (Kanplan / Kanban) on a team-managed project

Hi,

Im trying to show labels on the backlog and various other information.

To clarify:

- Team-managed project

- Kanban/Kanplan

When on the backlog page - I don't see any hamburger / 3 dots - menu option to amend the backlog settings.

On the Backlog section I am able to see the board items - in its own listed section and then backlog list with the other items which are not on the board.

I can currently only see - Item description, Epic, priority/flag, Status and assignee on the items on both lists.

Aim is to show more details on the items on both the board and backlog lists - such as labels, version and etc

Your help would be much appreciated,

thanks, M

Hello @Mayur Rao,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

On team-managed projects, currently, it’s not possible to customize the fields that appear on the cards on the board and backlog.

This option is only available on company-managed projects.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and also watch the ticket above to receive updates from our product managers.

Kind regards,
Angélica

Thank you very much for your response... is there an easier way to move from Team Managed to Company managed project?

Hello @Mayur Rao,

The only way to migrate between the projects is by bulk moving the issues from the team-managed to the company-managed one.

For more information about it, please check the documentation below:
