×Hi All ,
How to change the date format in Jira cloud ?
I cant seem to see the release versions dates in the default format MM-DD-YY on the side panel of Agile Board (Scrum ). However I am able to pull the date in default format from calendar in the Release tab .
Thanks much ,
Hi @Menaka,
You can try going to 'System --> General Configuration'.
Then click on 'Advanced Settings'
Here, you can change the date formats accordingly.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Vamsi
Hi
The date format still shows as 8/221/23 under the version panel in Jira cloud . the advance settings indicate the following
jira.date.picker.java.format MM/DD/YYYY
jira.date.time.picker.java.format dd/MMM/yy h:mm a
jira.date.time.picker.javascript.format %e/%b/%y %I:%M %p
And release tab date format remains as MMM/DD/YYYY.
How to have consistency ? and where do I set this ?
Thanks appreciate it

Hi @Menaka ,
your date/time format is a system-wide configuration and can be modified by a Jira admin under administration - system - look and feel.

Yes, it's very odd and a major shortcoming of Cloud.
