Running the New View and can no longer see these date fields (Created and Updated), and don't see an obvious way to add them. Suggestions on where to go to add these to the layout?
Hi @Carol McDonnell If you look at the very bottom right of the issue, you should see these date values. If you hover over them, it will give you an exact date and time, and if you click on them it will change the format of how it is displayed.
The Created and Updated dates don't act in the same way as custom fields, in that you do not need to add them to any issue screens
Haha!! I've clicked "Configure" many times, and never noticed the dates were right there. I feel silly now.
