How to delete jira site

Even though I typed a word that confirms my desire to unsubscribe, nothing happens.

What can I do to delete my subscription?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!

If you want to delete a site, you must cancel its subscription. 

Go to Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscriptions.

I did it and the page was hung without going any further, just like in the screenshot.

Any better ideas?
