How to disable automation

Hi,

My Jira instance used to use the Automation for Jira app that used to be sold through the Marketplace, and we love it! However, since Automation for Jira has been migrated to Jira instead of a third party vendor I have been unable to disable any automations. It comes up with the following message: This is the first time I have experienced this problem

Has anyone come across this problem recently? How can I resolve this?

I need to disable a couple automations to debug and revamp them but this has been blocking progress.

Hi Patricia,

So if you go to this URL do you get the error? You have to replace the YourCompany part with your domain.
