How to get details of deleted worklog?

It is possible to receive the list of deleted worklog IDs using the API method described here:
Get IDs of deleted worklogs , but how to get more details of these worklogs(especially the logged time)?

 I have tried to retrieve them using Get worklogs API method but it returns nothing for the deleted worklog IDs.

Delete means delete.  You can't get any details of the work logs you have deleted because there is no data in the database anymore - it's gone.

But why isn't there an entry in the History tab of an issue? Old value and new value? There is if you delete the value of any issue field.

That's right. There should be value that shows changes for worklog or time spent in the History. For example, 1 hour - None.

Also, a work log description. We had a case when a user deleted some entries by accident and wanted to recreate them. The time was there, in the History tab, but not the worklog description. Is there an issue we can vote on to implement this feature?
