I would like to set up cycle time metrics in Jira as per this article: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/strategies-to-reduce-your-cycle-time
However, the page on "How to use Jira for Continuous Integration and Delivery" mentions pretty much every tool out there except GitHub:
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hi, @andrés
Here is a useful article for your issue - 3 tools to analyze Cycle and Lead Time in the Jira.
If it helps you, I can recommend the Time in Status for Jira Cloud add-on, which lets you get Cycle and Lead time by setting Status Groups. You can configure it easily in the Columns Manager with the drop-down list of the statuses.
In the status group column, time will be summarized in accordance with the selected custom statuses.
You can try the trial version or order a demo call. This add-on is developed by my SaaSJet team, so let me know if you have any questions
Thanks for the suggestion, but I was expecting Jira to support GitHub for cycle time metrics out of the box, without having to pay extra for third-party tools.

@andrés have you tried one of the many github integration addons from the marketplace? https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=github

I think the omission of GitHub is due to the fact that (I believe) GitHub Actions is a relatively new feature.
