Go to the project and change their type to Service Desk or Business.

Then remove the Jira Software application.

I'm not sure how "go into each project and change the type" is not easy when it's just a simple dropdown?

Nor how clicking "remove" (or just "disable") on an installed application is not easy?

You'll need to explain "cannot change, just delete" and why you "cannot find" the function to remove Software.

Could you go to the EM3 project, select project settings and look at the top panel in the admin column, it has "delete project in it".

On the Software removal, go to Admin -> Applications, find Software in the list and look for the "uninstall" at the bottom of the box.  (Although I'm really not sure this is what you want to do!)

Ok, the first screen suggests that you are not a Jira Administrator - you need to be at that level to be able to change the type of the project.

You'll need to talk to your site admins to get Software removed, although you can partially remove bits of it for users by denying them access - change their groups so they only have Service Desk and/or Core access, and no Software.

I am the Jira Administrator and i cannot change this. Is there any chance to get support from them directly? Because i cannot use Jira now with this Problems.

I am sorry, I have made a mistake of omission.

I apologise for this, and for taking too long to get you a good answer.

I do not spend a lot of time working with Jira Cloud systems, and I have forgotten one of the new things that should answer this question.

I think the EM3 project you have shown us is a "next-gen" project.  These projects can only be of a type of "Software" and hence you cannot change them to Business or Service Desk.

I think you have to create a new project of the right type and use "bulk edit" to move the issues over to it.  You might also be able to just remove the "Software" application, but I have not tried that, so I do not know what it will do (Best case, it all works.  Worst case, you can't use any Software type projects until you put the application back.  Removing it will *not* destroy the issue data though)
