Hello everyone.
currently I am facing an problem with the selection of time and date that comes when I enter logged work ..because this time changes its values.
for example I am logging my work on 1pm and it will show the time 4am and sometime I didn't focus to change this time ... now I just want this time either same as when I am logging the work, or I want to remove this ... because sometimes I create issue at 1 pm and log the work at 2 pm and the selected time is for example 10 am then I cause the fact in my reports

@Jack Brickey The point is if I create a issue at 1pm for example and after 5 mins I log the work 15mins so the time of logging work is recorded as you start work on issue 12:50 pm which is before issue creation time ..because some time we create the issue late but we discus about it so we put the log once we create ..we can change that time as well but some time we forget so I am trying to avoid this
