How to set a default list category view to all team members?

Is there a way I can send this setup as a default to all team members? As an admin?

Not that I know of - I think the standard defaults in here are the only default option. It's not like an Issue Search where you can set the columns, then save it as a shareable view.

You could try using the shareable link and see if that works?

1. Set the columns
2. Press Share > Copy Link
3. Provide link to a team member with a different set of columns in their view, and see what they see

If not, I couldn't see a feature request for this - I'd recommend raising one via: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
