After installing EazyBi it is automatically uninstalled after 4 min.
I have spoken to EazyBi support and they recommended to speak to Atlassian.

Hi,
eazyBI support is available also for the trial period and for public accounts.
Just send us an email from the contact form
And also try disabling/enabling the eazyBI from Jira system administration page.
That has helped some other customers previously.
