I want to permit my client to view only specific project and not all of the projects of company?

Pradeep Verma September 18, 2020

Hi,
I added the client with Customer role into a project but they are able to see all of the projects that are running under the organization.

Is there a way to restrict them to a specific project only?

Under Permissions tab, Browse Project tab is permitted to Any Logged in User under Application Access tab. What if I change it to Jira Software only?

If you have “any logged in user” in any project then it will do just as it says - allow any logged in user the specific permission.

there is a lot of existing posts on this in the Community. Here is one that does a good job of answering this question IMO - JIRA-Software-project-permission-restrict-user-access-to-one

Thanks for the support. It helped me a lot but it is not 100% correct.
