We are currently looking to implement an ideas portal as part of our crowdsourcing initiative to gain organizational input in to prioritization and development efforts. Looking through google, I came up on something related to this on another organizations website. Was wondering what tools or any recommendations that would be out there from the community. Hello @Jeff Rockett - our company, CoreSoft Labs, is currently working on a product called Idea Hub, which will feature separate portals for Idea Management and later implementation of these ideas. The app is already pre-approved by Atlassian, so you should be expecting release within weeks.

If you don't want to miss a thing, just remember to pay us a visit on Atlassian Marketplace.

Idea Hub is being developed for Server, but Jira Cloud release is planned for 2021 as well.

Take a look at these apps for Confluence that might be helpful. These apps provide voting and survey capabilities and you can read the description of these apps to see which one suits your requirements better.
