In Jira project i am unable to find my self and other memebers of my team in the assignee field when assigning default assignees for issue categories?

Hi @SuniRam S , thanks for your question. This typically means you are missing a global permisison.

If you go, in the system settings, and in the global permissions, you are probably missing the 'browse users and groups permission'

Please try giving yourself this permission and give us your feedback if this resolves the problem or not.

Please can you explain what you mean when you say you are using default assignees? Are you talking about using Components for this?

Hi @SuniRam S , please check the project permissions. In order to be able to assign work to people, they need to have the 'Assignable user' permission and the person doing the assigning needs to have 'Assign issue' permission in each project / each project permission scheme.
