Intermittent empty Backlog or Kanban

Several users are unable to load backlog, Kanban or big picture screens.  It will happen intermittently, for different projects, different people and different screens.  You just get the side bar and not tickets load. Some are using Chrome and some edge.  There was a similar think a couple of years ago where there was a Chrome fix but this is  across browsers

Hi @Elaine Cawthorne does the issue remain after clearing the browser's cache, cookies and site data?

not sure as it happens for a while and then stops.  I will get them to delete but they have now messaged to say its all working again (until the next time)

clearing cache etc doesn't solve it

Then I suggest to submit a support request with Atlassian directly for further troubleshooting.

Thanks, I did yesterday, just wondered if it has happened to anyone else
