Hi there,
I'm currently creating a JIRA project for a business department that wants to manage a specific process via JIRA. For this reason, I wanted to use the Project Management template from JIRA work management which has got a nice few features that the department would like to use (i.e. list or a calendar). I set up a workflow that they want to use. However, the problem is that the transitions are not visible on the board (screenshot "JIRA work management") and the user has to click on the issue to know the next transition to use. Is it possible to make the transition visible on the board just as you can see them via JIRA Software projects (screenshot "JIRA software")?
How I want it to look in JIRA work management (which is how JIRA software manages boards):
How it currently looks like:
Thanks
Hi Artur,
I see the columns highlighted for my Jira Work Management projects just like I do for the Jira Software projects. You should check the workflow that you modified to see which statuses you can move to from the current status and make sure that is one of the columns.
@John Funk Thanks for the answer. However, I'm not sure it's a workflow problem as I've just created another JIRA work management project using a Process Control template. I haven't changed the workflow so it's using the same one that has been created as part of the template. I still get the same result whereby I can't see the highlighted columns that follow the allowed transitions between statuses.

hmm, I am wondering if it is a browser issue then, because I have no problem with it. Maybe try a different browser and see what happens.
If still a no go, I would submit a support ticket to Atlassian:

Thanks for the suggestion, tried to use Edge but still get the same result as it is indeed strange. Anyway, will raise a support ticket then!
