Our team missed to input a holiday in our schedule, is it possible to input that holiday so our SLA is corrected?
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Yes, you can add past holidays to the calendar used by an SLA, and once you save it a reindex will start and your SLA's will be recalculated.
Hi Mikael, thanks for the fast response.
How long should it take so that the SLA becomes corrected?
My issue is:
Here in Brazil we had a Holiday on Oct 12. I´ve inputed the holiday but the SLA has not yet been fixed.
Approximately 24 hous since the input.

The reindex should be pretty fast and you know when it is done when the
is not visible anymore. Please note that some changes may not affect the SLA, and it sounds like this is one of those cases.

Oh I see.
In my case, why the change did not affect the SLA? Was it because it was a SLA created by me? Not an already existing one.

What is the status of the issue? Is it resolved or not? Resolved issues are not affected by SLA changes (to my knowledge) because the new/changed SLA only takes into account unresolved issues.

@Dave Mathijs - so does that mean that if you remove holidays from the past (say 1 or 2 years ago) to tidy up and make holidays within a calendar more manageable) that historical SLA data will not be affected, as long as the issues are resolved or at least the SLA are finished?
Basic question is: can issue SLA data be affected by changes to calendars once the SLA is finished?

Correct, editing/changing an SLA won't affect service levels which have been completed, only issues with running service levels.
