Hi, we're looking for a way to:
- Set up how many work hours every member of our team should log per week
- Set up a daily/weekly e-mail alerts to the ones that haven't logged all their hours. It would be awesome if that same e-mail could tell them in which week days they are missing logged hours.
I'm not finding such functionality anywhere, and it'd be a game changer for us
Take a look at this article to configure notifications for absent or tardy users.

Hi Alan, you may need to be logged into your Atlassian account. You also can find the information by access the Tempo Help Center and searching "configure Tempo Scheduler"
Hope this helps!
Mike

Hi @Ben America
The Tempo Scheduler is also available for the Server / DC version of Tempo Timesheets and Mike Hogan had provided a link to the documentation here in an earlier comment.
Please take a look at https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/295797375/Configuring+the+Tempo+Scheduler+-+Tempo+Server for information on how to configure the Tempo Scheduler on Server.

thank you, Deniz! I'm looking at the documentation and actually, this may work for us.
- Can we customize the e-mail reminder that's being sent?
- Do you have a screenshot of how a weekly reminder looks?

To customize template you need to modify .vm file inside the add-on’s package. There is no gui for it.
I have attached a screenshot (screenshot is captured on phone). Number of days/rows may change depending on selected period. Only the center part is actual email, the outside is ui of gmail.

Maybe take a look at tempo timesheets
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6572/tempo-timesheets?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
They also have a planner

Its not full functionality like u cant enforce logging x hours, but the submission will show they are below the stipulated hours

thank you, Choon. I wasn't able to find any functionality like the one I need in tempo timesheets. Can tempo timesheets send alerts to the users that are underlogging their hours? That's exactly what I need

Sorry unfortunately there isnt afaik but u could ask tempo themselves, the best is a view in time tracking that shows the percentage of the week the user are underlogging. The process for tempo is for the user to actually submit the timesheet then have the info displayed as part of the approval process
