I'm going to need these numbers so that I can go to the "powers that be" so that we can better understand how many users and using what?
Hi,
I don't think you will find such an app because the app are available for all users. You could try to find in each app the feature used by specific project/workflow/issuetype etc...
Thx for the response.. More specifically, I'm needing to see how many users are using both Jira Cloud and all the apps in our Tenant.

Best place to look is https://admin.atlassian.com/
This gives you control over all of your site users.

That will only give me a break of active and inactive site users on which products. I need to know more details of the amount of usage on each product.

There is nothing which monitors "active usage" beyond "last time a user logged into the product" in the admin interface.

I found a solution under https://admin.atlassian.com/ once I export it to a spreadsheet I can then manipulate the spreadsheet reflect what I need. My second question is related to apps like Bitbucket, Easy BI and apps such as the like. Is there a way to see what users usage like "last time that user logged in?" Let me know if you have any ideas?

besides that Jira data analysis, the eazyBI app for Jira allows importing and reporting the data users can provide in different formats (e.g., spreadsheets, REST APIs, SQL queries).
Please, check the eazyBI features on custom data import in this documentation section: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import
Kindly,
Janis, eazyBI support
