Is there any apps that can support CSV import with condition, issue link, post function and so on?

Hi @Anita Chen 

Perhaps you might leverage the out-of-the-box CSV import by adding issue linking as part of the CSV content and creating a post-function on the create issue transition of the workflow.

I am not sure how conditions would play a role in CSV import or even if I am over simplifying your use case, but maybe you could share a bit of what you'd like to accomplish.

Thank you for your reply.

The scenario is that we would like to export the project from UAT environment and import it into Production environment. Therefore, we hope that everything including the issue links, condition or post function can transfer to Production environment, too.
